Richmond RCMP is looking for a high-risk missing man. Anthony PAPA is a white male, 40 years old, 5’1” and approximately 130 pounds, with short dark brown hair and hazel eyes.

The Surrey RCMP are seeking assistance from anyone who may have witnessed an attempted sexual assault that occurred in the early morning of August 29, 2012 in the area of 128 Street and 96 Avenue, in Surrey BC.
